AppBroker Ltd. (“AppBroker”) takes your privacy seriously.  Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By visiting the website and domain name (collectively the “Website”), and/or using or accessing any of the linked pages, features, content and services within the various AppBroker apps offered by AppBroker (collectively the “Service”), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), together with our terms of use agreement (“Terms”).



This Policy covers AppBroker’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that AppBroker gathers when you access our Service.  This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that AppBroker does not own or control, or to people that AppBroker does not employ or manage. We do not exercise control over the web sites or services that may be accessed through our Service (the “Third Party Services”). These Third Party Services may collect data or solicit personal information from you.



The information we gather enables us to personalize and improve our Service.  We may collect the following types of information:


1.     Personal Information You Provide To Us

A.     We receive and store any information you enter on the Website, the Service or provide to us in any other way.  The types of Personal Information collected include your IP address, username, password, location, software and hardware attributes and any other information necessary for us to provide the Service, including the usernames, profile pictures, and passwords for your accounts and profiles with Third Party Services with which the Service interoperates.  You can decline to submit personal information, in which case AppBroker may not be able to provide you with Service or parts thereof.  The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as

                                               i.     Providing our products and services to users, including the display of customised content and advertising;

                                              ii.     Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;

                                            iii.     Ensuring the technical functioning of our products and services;

                                            iv.     Helping your friends and contacts find you on the Service;

                                              v.     Responding to your questions and comments; and

                                            vi.     Developing new services.


2.     Personal Information Collected Automatically

A.     We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Website or use a feature of our Service.  AppBroker automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your mobile device and/or browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the information you requested.

B.    More generally, our Service automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Service and our Website and its components. AppBroker only uses this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us to figure out how often customers use parts of the Website or a feature of the Service so that we can make the Website appealing to as many customers as possible, and improve the Service. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use our Service. We share this type of statistical data so that our partners also understand how often people use our Service, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal online experience. AppBroker never discloses aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally.

C.    The Service and the Website use Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand the utilisation of the Service and the Website. By using the Service or the Website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner described in How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps. You can opt out of Google Analytics if you disable or refuse the cookie, disable JavaScript, or use the opt-out service provided by Google.


3.     User Communications

A.     When you send email or other communication to AppBroker, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services.



Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. We use cookies to enhance visitors’ experiences, to learn more about their use of the Website and to improve quality.


Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) allowing you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways. We recommend that you leave the cookies activated, however, because cookies enable you to take advantage of some of the Website's most attractive features.


Ads appearing on the Website or in other features of the Service may be delivered to users by our advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by AppBroker and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.



We do not rent, sell, or share any Personal Information with any third-parties, except as specifically described herein. 


1.     We anticipate that we may become affiliated with a variety of businesses and work closely with them. In certain situations, these businesses may sell items to you through the Service. In other situations, AppBroker may provide services, or sell products jointly with affiliated businesses. You can easily recognize when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, and we will share your Personal Information that is related to such transactions with that affiliated business.


2.     We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, AppBroker's agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information for the above purposes.


3.     User profile information including user’s name, email address, and other information you enter ("User Submissions") may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Service. Mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses are used to add new User Submissions to user profiles and to communicate through User Submissions. Users’ mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses will not be directly revealed to other users by AppBroker except, when the user is "connected" to another user via a shared group membership, or an invitation, or if the user has chosen to include their mobile phone number and/or email address in their User Profile. Any Personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your public profile page, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your display name may be displayed to other users when you upload images or videos or send messages through the Service and other users can contact you through messages and comments. Any images, captions, physical descriptions, personal interests or other content that you submit to the Service may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.


4.     As part of the Service, you will receive from AppBroker email and other communication relating to your User Submissions. You acknowledge and agree that by posting such User Submissions, AppBroker may send you email and other communication that it determines in its sole discretion relate to your User Submissions.


5.     In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if AppBroker, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that AppBroker goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred to or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of AppBroker may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this policy.


6.     We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable agreements and/or their terms, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of AppBroker, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.


7.     We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.




We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.


1.     We keep your Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements.


2.     We limit access to Personal Information to employees, contractors and agents who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information.


3.     AppBroker endeavours to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private. However, AppBroker cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.


4.     Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the servers that are used to store your Personal Information are owned and hosted by Amazon Web Services, LLC, an Company. 6.     The Website and the Service may contain links to other sites. AppBroker is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site you should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Website and the Service.


7.     Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post information to public areas on the Website or Service, such information can be accessed by the public.



As stated previously, you can always opt not to disclose information, even though it may be needed to take advantage of the Website or features of the Service.


You may link or unlink your account from another account on another service  (e.g., Facebook or Twitter). For some services (like Facebook), you can also choose whether or not to publish information to that service.


You may request deletion of your account by sending an email to Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.



We delete your data insofar as it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. If you delete your account, we also delete all data from your account. Data that you have shared publicly with others remains available, since it belongs to the account of a third party or is on a public platform.


If data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be locked. The data is then no longer available for further use. 


You can receive information at any time about the personal data we have stored about you; provision of such information will be subject to:

a.     The payment of a fee (currently fixed at GBP 10); and

b.     The supply of appropriate evidence of your identity


 You can check, correct or delete your Personal Information, or withdraw your consent to its use, at any time. To do so, send us an email at 



The Service is not directed to children under 13.  As such, if you are under the age of 13 we have to ask you not to use our Service in any way. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13 and we do not direct any of our products or services at this age group. If we become aware that we have inadvertently captured any personal data about a person who is under 13 years of age, then we will take the appropriate steps to shut down the account of that person.



This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to the conflict of law provisions therein. You agree to submit any dispute arising out of your use of the Service or this Policy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.



AppBroker may update this Policy from time to time. We will post all changes to this Policy on this page and will indicate at the top of the page the modified policy’s effective date.  Users are bound by any changes to the Policy when he or she uses the Website or Service after such changes have been first posted.
